Studio rules
The maximum time allowed in the room is 55 minutes, after which the renter and the entire film crew are required to vacate the space. The remaining 5 minutes are allocated for cleaning the room and checking in the renters. The administrator will notify the renter 15 minutes before the end of the booking.
The room reservation period begins at the time specified in the booking. If you are late, the reserved time will not be extended. If the shoot ends early, the reserved time will be charged in full.
If the room is available after your booking, you can extend the shoot and continue renting the room.
A delay of more than 5 minutes will result in a penalty of 50% of the hourly rental rate.

Reservations for the hall are made with 50% or 100% prepayment on the website.
Up to 6 people can use the room free of charge, including the makeup area and common areas. After that, it's $ per person per hour.

Storage of belongings: We are not responsible for items left unattended. All forgotten items are stored in a special basket for which we do not assume responsibility. You can come during our working hours and find your belongings yourself.

Refunds are issued upon cancellation of a booking 3 days prior to the shoot date, excluding the day of booking. Rescheduling of a booking is possible under the same conditions as cancellation — 3 days before the start of the shoot, excluding the shoot day.
In case of cancellation within a shorter timeframe, the prepayment is non-refundable, and rescheduling is not possible, as the booking of the venue, being a service, is considered fully rendered.
