studio rules
The maximum time allowed in the room is 55 minutes, after which the renter and the entire film crew are required to vacate the space. The remaining 5 minutes are allocated for cleaning the room and checking in the renters. The administrator will notify the renter 15 minutes before the end of the booking.
The room reservation period begins at the time specified in the booking. If you are late, the reserved time will not be extended. If the shoot ends early, the reserved time will be charged in full.
If the room is available after your booking, you can extend the shoot and continue renting the room.
A delay of more than 5 minutes will result in a penalty of 50% of the hourly rental rate.
