Cyclorama Hall

The maximum time allowed in the room is 55 minutes, after which the renter and the entire film crew are required to vacate the space. The remaining 5 minutes are allocated for cleaning the room and checking in the renters. The administrator will notify the renter 15 minutes before the end of the booking.

The room reservation period begins at the time specified in the booking. If you are late, the reserved time will not be extended. If the shoot ends early, the reserved time will be charged in full.

If the room is available after your booking, you can extend the shoot and continue renting the room.

A delay of more than 5 minutes will result in a penalty of 50% of the hourly rental rate.

Reservations for the hall are made with 100% prepayment.

Storage of belongings:
The studio is not responsible for items left unattended. All forgotten items are placed in a designated storage area, for which the studio does not assume responsibility. You may collect your belongings during working hours.

If you need to leave items before or after your shoot, paid storage is available for up to 3 days under the following rates:

 •Small items — 20 AED per day
 •Medium items — 50 AED per day
 •Large items — 100 AED per day

All items must be collected within the agreed storage period. The studio reserves the right to remove or dispose of unclaimed items.

Deliveries:
Please note that the studio does not meet couriers or supervise deliveries. Kindly provide all necessary instructions to the courier in advance and arrange to meet them in person.

Do not list the studio as the recipient — please provide your own contact details for delivery.

If a courier arrives before your booking time, the package may be left at reception. Please confirm operating hours in advance.

The studio is not responsible for items left unattended.

Please change into clean, indoor shoes while inside the studio.

Prior to the shoot, all clients are required to sign a Studio Rental Agreement. By signing, you agree to return the studio, equipment, and props in the same condition as they were provided.

The use of tape, adhesive materials, or any substances that may damage walls or surfaces is strictly prohibited.

After the shoot, the studio must be left in its original condition. All waste, decorations, and personal items must be removed before the end of the rental period.

The cyclorama must remain clean. If it is left dirty after your session, the studio reserves the right to charge an additional 200 AED repainting fee.

If the studio is not returned in a clean condition, a mandatory cleaning fee of 100 AED will be charged.

Any damage to studio property, equipment, or props will result in a penalty equal to the cost of repair, replacement, or professional cleaning.

The studio is available for event bookings at a rate of 500 AED per hour.

A security deposit is required prior to booking. In case of any damage to the studio, equipment, or props, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Before entering the studio, all clients are required to sign a contract.

A mandatory cleaning fee of 300 AED applies to all event bookings.

The hall must be vacated by the end of the booked time.
A hall with an area of 60 sq.m. is suitable for large events of up to 10 people:

• birthday parties
• bachelorette parties
• master classes
• insta-meetings
• romantic dinners
• workshops on lighting/ candle making / rails / mobile content / art therapy

Refunds are issued upon cancellation of a booking 3 days prior to the shoot date, excluding the day of booking. Rescheduling of a booking is possible under the same conditions as cancellation — 3 days before the start of the shoot, excluding the shoot day.

In case of cancellation within a shorter timeframe, the prepayment is non-refundable, and rescheduling is not possible, as the booking of the venue, being a service, is considered fully rendered.

In the event of a booking cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking date within 60 days; after this period, any unused deposit is non-refundable.

The same rules apply to bookings made 1–3 days before the shoot. Refunds are not provided for cancellation or rescheduling of such bookings, as there are less than 3 days left until the shoot.

However, in case of force majeur or emergency situations, we are open to discussion and will do our best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

The same applies on the studio’s side — in case of unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate with you promptly and work together to reach a fair resolution.
